Birthday Blueberry Strawberry Cheesecake

I do not only watch makeup tutorials in Youtube. I almost always indulge myself in watching cooking tutorials , everything from lovely meals unique from different countries to some super easy to make desserts that will surely get you craving for sweets. Coz I do crave most of the time! Haha!
Last Thursday, mom cooked a feast for my birthday. Well, she actually always does even without any occasions because she loves cooking for us. =)
As my contribution, I volunteered to make a cheesecake. I've watched a gazillion videos on how to create this cake...baked or no-bake. Let me share with you what I made for the first time. ;)
I'm pretty proud! It turned out super gorgeous. haha! *ehem*
If you want to know how I made this mouthwatering No-Bake Blueberry-Strawberry Cheesecake, read more. =))

Ingredients
For the crust:
200g crushed grahams
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 lemon rind
1/2 cup melted butter

For the cream filling:

1 1/2 pack of cream cheese
1 can Nestle Cream Premium
3/4 cup white sugar
1 regular sized lemon juice

For the toppings:
1 pack fresh strawberry fruits
1 can blueberry filling
3 tablespoons white sugar

Mix in all the powder ingredients into a bowl, then pour in the melted butter. I felt like my measurements wasn't right for this crust coz it was kind of crumbly but it still went pretty well and tasted amazing. :D
I almost forgot to shave in the lemon rind, glad I didn't. The flavor it gave the crust was lovely. :)
I do not have a baking cake pan of some sort so I grabbed a glass bowl instead. hehe. I pressed the powder mixture into the bowl and placed it in the fridge to chill.
I then softened the cream cheese first and mixed in the sugar. I squeezed an entire lemon's juice to soften it further. I tried whipping the Nestle cream but I was not successful. Haha! I then folded that liquid cream into the cream cheese mixture and it should have that consistency in the middle photo.
Pour it into the chilled crust. =)
Cut some of the strawberries into thirds. I picked the prettiest shaped ones uncut so I can decor them into the cake topping. Strawberries are naturally sour so I heated them a little and added the sugar and melted to create a sweetened syrup. I chilled it too afterwards. I grabbed the can of blueberry and I decided to use only half. the one I bought was huge. :D
I mixed in both fruits...yum! =))
Whew! Me pouring in the fruit mixture on top of the chilled cake... ;)

More mouthwatering photos... haha!

My cake was a hit! Everyone loved it! I'm so proud to do well as a first-timer. Hehe! I probably got my mom's skills. :D

Thank you for all the birthday greetings! I hope I could share this to all of you. Hehe!

I'm surely doing this again and I'll be trying different fruit mixtures and adjusting my crust measurements. =)

Hope you all loved this! Try my very easy recipe and tweet me photo if you did! :)
Till my next post! ;)
